Shipping policy

We always use eco-friendly packaging on our orders (read: no plastic wrap!).

Orders are usually shipped within 1 - 2 working days and within New Zealand should take 1 - 2 days to arrive with you.

Worldwide, our shipping is untracked, and can take around 2 weeks to arrive.  We can not accept responsibility for items lost in transit that are travelling internationally.
